2. About Cogmus

Cogmus is an AI perception research lab. The Site serves as an informational presence for the organization, providing general information about our research, team, and technology portfolio. The Site does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any product or service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the overall design — is the exclusive property of Cogmus or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in the Cogmus name, the Perceptia brand, or any associated trademarks. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Site content is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Site contains links to Perceptia Gateway and Perceptia MCP, which are separate products operated independently and governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. Cogmus is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those products.

The Site may also contain links to other third-party websites for informational purposes. Such links do not imply endorsement by Cogmus, and we assume no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
